As an organization working with technology, ScreenMyLender, a subsidiary of AMG Companies and FPB Inc takes privacy issues very seriously. This privacy policy identifies the ways we collect, use and protect personally identifiable information as well as your options for accessing and correcting that information.

What personally identifiable information does AMG Companies/FPB Inc collect?
In various places on our website, we gather email addresses and other basic contact information for the purpose of allowing people to subscribe to AMG Companies/FPB Inc publications or RSVP for events. We also gather contact information from individuals who choose to use our services via our website in order to process their requests and/or respond to them in a timely manner; as well as inform our website(s) visitors about changes that may impact them.

Our website may set “cookies” for the purpose of collecting aggregate statistics about the total number of visitors to our website. We do not store any personally identifiable information in cookies.  Some of our online publications use coded hyperlinks to identify and track personally identifiable information about individuals’ interactions with our website.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES:

AMG/ScreenMyLender.com will replace all  applications with wrong or disconnected phone numbers; any duplicates; any MFG’d homes; borrowers with bankruptcies and/or foreclosures.  All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges only. If a marketing partner opts for a recurring contract, the original agreement will remain in place for recurring orders at the same cost per application as they are delivered and will be billed accordingly at the contract rate/discounted rate up until such time that either another agreement dated after this form changes the cost per application; or the company gives written notice of cancellation no less than 30 days in advance. Be advised that any discounts are null and void if ANY of the terms of a contract are breached and full retail pricing  will take effect.  The agreements, their interpretation, performance, and enforcement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.  Exclusive jurisdiction over any action or proceeding arising from or related to this agreement shall vest in any state or federal court located within Los Angeles County, California, which by statute has subject matter jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any such action or proceeding shall not be entitled to recover it’s reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

*Our standard retail pricing for Live Transfers and/or pre-set appointments applies our base applications. Additional Filter Fee’s of $10 per Live Transfer or Pre-Set will apply for :

1) Increased Min Loan Amounts. $100,000 is our standard min loan amount filter.  A $10 Filter Fee will be assessed for every additional $25,000 in requested  min loan amount.  EXAMPLE: Client A requests loan amounts for $200k and above.  That client’s applications will cost an additional $40 per application.

2) LTV Filter – Our Standard LTV filter for refinance applications is 95% (FHA).  Requests for lower LTVs, such as 80% for conforming loans requires an additional $25 per application.

3) Credit Filter – Our Standard FICO Filter is set at 620 (FHA).  However, higher FICO requests are assessed a $10 Filter Fee per application for every additional 20 points in requested min FICO.  For example, if a client requests a min FICO of 640, his applications will incur an added $10 FICO Filter Fee per application.

AMG Companies/ScreenMyLender.com ROI guarantee requirements:

ROI (Return On Investment) Money back guarantees are contingent on client’s responsibility to ensure a qualified sales representatives keep documentation to prove:

1) They made contact or attempted to make contact on each homeowner initially within 24 hours of getting the transfer/pre-sets;  and/or made at least 5 attempts to reach them within the first three days with notes as to times and dates attempts were made;

2) The sales pros do all necessary follow ups in a timely manner; as promised to the homeowner; and

3) Provide written reasons as to why the loan was not done at this time; and

3a) If there is a pending opportunity for the loan at a later date, when that date is and when follow up will be done.

Final report with all details above should be submitted to AMG but only after 120 days following completion of campiagn since loans often take several months to close.  the report must include a notarized report, under penalty of perjury to be submitted 120 days after completion of campaign showing ALL closed loans and where the loan was orignated from.  *IMPORTANT NOTE: All referrals from our original applications count toward the ROI as well so please make sure the report trails all loans back to their point of origin to be considered as much as the original

PAYMENTS TO AMG COMPANIES; All campaigns paid by check will be drafted within 3-5 days of contract and copy of the check for the cost of the campaign.  If  more than one payment is signed and agreed to in the terms of the contract by an affiliated marketing partner, the other payments will be drafted out of that same account on the date or as specified in the contract, unless the marketing partner notifies us in writing of a different form of payment on the date or at the time specified due by the contract.

Users of this website means you accept and agree to hold AMG Companies/FPB Inc harmless from legal issues you incur in any relationship arising out of our services.
